Shipping Information

Our garden is located in the beautiful PNW in Arlington, WA. We are lucky to have moderate winter weather which usually allows me to ship tubers & cuttings early in the season as soon as I have verified eyes and health of the tuber.

I ship using USPS 2 day shipping.

On average it takes 2 days in transit to any destination within the continental US. Sometimes it arrives next day and other times it takes 3 days.

Shipping is a flat rate of $14 to anywhere in the continental US.

If your climate has below freezing nighttime temps and you’d like your order shipped before your nighttime temps are above freezing, please choose the option of $19 shipping which includes a 72 hour heat pack.

I will start shipping Monday, March 11th to locations that are consistently above freezing at night. I will personally check each order and if overnight temperatures are still freezing in your area I will not send out your package and will reach out to you if you have not purchased a heat pack. If overnight temperatures are below 20° we need to wait a bit, even with the purchase of a heat pack. I will contact you to select a date to ship when safe. We don’t want these babies freezing in transit! I can accommodate most things so reach out to me if you have concerns! Sorry, I can not ship outside the US at this time.

I also have an option for pickup in Arlington, Wa. If you choose pickup, I will be reaching out to you to set up a time for you to grab your order.
