The 4 inch blooms open with a warm, buttery cream glow at the center that melts outward into shades of blush and shell pink.
One of the things I love most about this variety is the variation from bloom to bloom. Pale lemon, dusty rose, blush pink, and lilac mingle differently across each flower, giving a group of blooms an almost iridescent, watercolor quality.
Long, pointed petals layer together to create full, informal blooms with a relaxed elegance. In a bouquet, the shifting colors play beautifully off one another, creating a palette that feels both warm and ethereal. Sturdy, thin stems with gorgeous angles, Levi’s Firefly is one of my go-to dahlias for bouquets.
